Very bad management! Beware! No solid policies, HR team is very hypocritical who likes to talk about team work but is the opposite of that. HR enjoys hiring from same country for management but they are incompetent and bad fits. Lots of management executives only prioritise themselves and have problems delegating work, zero leadership skills! Turn over is high! Be careful, as they will blame employers instead of reflecting on themselves.
