Pros

Tennessee locations promote a positive, community driven bank that provides great service to customers. Great Human Resources department and a family feel with co-workers. CEO Billy Carroll is awesome and really built a great model in Tennessee.

Kontras

Florida locations promote different style than Tennessee, culture is not translated through even though the low level employees try. Florida's regional president says he wants "SmartBank to stink less than the competition." Executive management does not trust leaders beneath them and question their decisions or change them. No coaching exists.
