We are surprised by your comments regarding our Managing Director. The decision about your employment was not made by the MD, and you did not report directly to the Directors. Our directors are committed to making all staff feel welcome, and gossiping or making snide remarks is not behaviour they engage in or tolerate. Our management team is always open to communication, and we encourage all employees to reach out to managers or directors for any clarifications or concerns. Our doors are always open, and we pride ourselves on being approachable and supportive. While it is true that most of our engineers are male, we have a substantial number of female employees who enjoy working here and do not agree with your assessment.
