Learning curve down - Software Engineer bei Smart Eye: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Executives cared too much about how they look. The office was too big for our small team although Smart Eye really needed some investment in software development in terms of increasing salaries or getting higher quality equipment. They didn't do that. They put much more investments in marketing and branding instead. Managers and team leads don't care about people although they act like they do so. No room for growth. The learning curve starts good but then doesn't get saturated, it rather gets down because you feel more pressured especially because they rarely give you vacations even if they 'claim' that there is an unlimited number of days off.
