- Great culture - they care about you and work life balance is respected - Decent technology - the pitch can get you meetings although in the long run I don't think it is a game changer - Sales Director - will have your back no matter what, really great guy

He will aggressively laugh at you until you join in - The sales process is a bit ad hoc, with no clear idea of what an ideal corp client looks like other than one with loads of FX - Emphasis on consultative selling when with the client, but all the internal chat is really around product - Micromanagement - CEO is trying to run 5 businesses in one and doesn't invest enough in the most profitable parts of the business
