Management-level does not care about employees or providing a functioning software. It's expected that employees will work long hours to make up for inappropriate contract timelines. Management is abrasive and demanding but requires that employees never show emotion in response. People are hired for their connections and not required to fulfill the expectations of the roles they are hired for. Toxic individuals are not kept in check. Growth within the company is not possible.
