*New responsibilities keep you from becoming stagnant with what you're doing on a daily basis * Opportunity to travel. I have other friends who never get to travel and in my first 6 months, I was able to travel to 3 different locations (locations I'd never been) *Opportunity to be creative: They really encourage you to take every opportunity you can to come up with a new creative angle for our clients *Customers: Not every customer is ideal, but getting to deal with the various personalities and look for ways to make each of them happy is absolutely a fulfilling challenge *Office environment: Fawaad said that he built the office with employees in mind and he did just that. The office is setup in a way that allows you to find your perfect working environment
