People are great and non toxic environment. Leadership cares about employees. Work is interesting and fun. Exciting start up environment. Company is transparent and genuine. Employees aren't micromanaged and you can take on more responsibility if you work hard.

Can't think of any. Perhaps benefits are limited because its a startup.

The work isn't particularly challenging. It's mostly making models of a fairly straightforward robotic solution.

The product is not particularly exciting. The founders used to do engineering but now they just supervise.
