Fun product to develop! The product has a huge impact on people's working life and it is cool to develop. Every idea counts, even if you are a junior developer!
Great work/life balance! Everyone is very aware of each other time and are concerned about people having time relax and take care of themselves. Work hours are very flexible.

Most employees are in the US, so sometimes, in the all hands and town halls the information shared applies more the them than to the rest of the company, which can cause a bit of confusion.
