-I've never sold a product (let alone an enterprise software) that had so much customer love. When I tell people I work at Slack or meet people at conferences, I'm met with so much enthusiasm about the product. -Tendency to hire people from other tech companies which leads to lack of diversity in experience/backgrounds -Company grew extremely quickly so now there's a fair share of growing pains (decisions made too quickly without sufficient data, managers get promoted internally and may not have relevant experience, etc)
