Management doesn't care about you you're just a body to them. No union. The owner said to me and I quote "we are here to employ people but if you don't like how I do things you're free to go" your hard work and dedication means nothing if your not brown nosing

Their vacation policies are unfair. They are terrible at promoting within the company. The post orders are vague and unclear. This company is a revolving door and does not care for its employees.
