There is NOTHING positive about this company. If you are looking for a future with growing job prospects, decent management and a good w/l culture, you will not find that here. Just ask the many people who have left the company over the past couple years. You will find that there have been a lot.

First off, be forewarned that they have a 90-day probationary period before benefits kick in. Also, the majority of people here are on time-clock watch, so if you don't want to punch in and out, this is for sure NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU. Other issues include an unengaged Management team and supervisors who lead by dictatorship. It is an old boys club, and there is no training, and the pay is low and very below market. Another "telling" example of how this company treats its people = New employees are ROUTINELY deceived into thinking they will get more money after the probationary period. They also tend to hire part-timers so as to avoid paying benefits. Overall, a very cheap company that does not care one-iota abouts its employees. The turnover in the sales and ops departments are very telling. Just ask about it during the interview. RUN, DON'T WALK!
