No training unless it is relevant to your current position, which means career progression possibility is zero, in three years did not manage to get any meaningful training. Top heavy with too many directors/lead heads/heads/senior managers, not enough 'lower grade employees' to do the actual work. Slow and bureaucratic organisation.
