The founder has a strong vision and inspiring values, and I genuinely aligned with the original mission of the company. I also had the opportunity to work with great colleagues who made the day-to-day environment positive.

Compensation is below market expectations. Management practices often lacked clarity and consistency, and employee engagement and well-being did not seem to be a priority. Additionally, the current leadership does not appear to uphold the original values and vision, which has impacted the overall culture (the culture was in fact amazing in the beginning, and slowly died).
