Planned leave can be coordinated well in advance with the manager. 3. The organization features a flat hierarchy, providing opportunities to collaborate with senior Staff Engineers from the headquarters. 4. The work environment is hybrid, offering the flexibility of remote work, with complimentary lunch provided on days spent in the office.
