In regards to the concerns that you addressed, all aspects of the managerial role are meant to be very entrepreneurial. Therefore, it is understandable that you are putting in more hours for the position. Of course, no amount of effort goes unnoticed. We understand that with the time managers spend to keep their branch in order they should also be compensated for this time. Managers receive a percentage of the revenue generated from their branch in addition to their base salary.
