I cannot think of any positive aspects. This place is a nightmare.

This company is a sham. They have a regular practice of charging customers for damage to rental cars that they did not cause. Someone should investigate. Almost all of the positive reviews online are shill reviews that local managers create to offset all of the very real one-star reviews from actual customers. I cannot believe that this place is still in business.

Excellent work environment, helpful managers

It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.
