Sixt India can be summed up as a firm which is a quite open, youthful, challenging, flexible, encourage learning, fun and cool company to work with. Sixt Compensation and HR Policies are on par with any of the product firms. Few of them which standout include Sixt Loyalty Bonus, Sixt Spot award, Sixt recognition vouchers for in-house events which are really cool, Company sponsored refreshments and snacks etc.
