You will be pleased to know that in 2016 we slowed down our growth to hone in on our current locations which was very successful for us! Sixt believes in providing a 5 star experience for all of our customers and this first impression starts with our Rental Sales Agents. Across the board our agents get to know our customers and provide solutions based off of their needs. We have a zero tolerance for dishonesty and this is not what our supervisors, trainers, managers, or sales managers teach or encourage. Goals are exceeded by making positive connections and providing transparent solutions to the customer. These goals are easily obtainable by following best practices provided in corporate training.
