There is a culture index and a 2 step hiring process to ensure that the company and role within the organization fits the needs of the employer and prospect. The idea behind this is to set everyone up for success. This small business owner is smart and industry savvy and it has been a pleasure watching the company grow. He is extremely transparent and thrives on running a business with the utmost integrity. He also encourages a good work culture and understands that his employees need to have a work / life balance to be successful. I have also been surrounded by some amazing co-workers that work just as hard as everyone else on the team.
