You set your own schedule, so there is flexibility for college students. All the families I encountered while working for SMS were amazing & friendly.

I had no problems with SMS in Cleveland while the owner, Dawn, was running it. There was a change in management a few months ago and the CEO of the company was also running SMS Cleveland. She sends inappropriate texts/emails to the sitters and asks if you have any availability even though your schedule is blocked off. If a sit gets canceled within the same day you are suppose to attend the sit, you are to receive a cancel fee from the SMS office due to some girls relying on this money. I have had 3 sits canceled & never received my fee for any of them despite the numerous times I've contacted the office. Lastly, I found out I no longer work for SMS by trying to log on to my account and it not working. No notice, call, email or anything.
