Upper management is lacking experience and any true care about employee's well-being. There is a real lack of empathy from VP's across the company. There has been two major layoffs in 3 years and lots of turnover. Overall its sad because this tech has great potential to make a lasting impact in the data space, but there needs to be a massive change in the management style of the company. This all feels like it is more than just startup "growing pains"
