Pros
The people are just amazing, great pals, intelligent, open to change and feedback, but also helpful and friendship goes beyond office camaraderie. Great school to learn from a range of industries and types of projects / solutions. The client exposure is beyond that of many other big consulting firm (big 4 strategy and big 4 overall) and more than 80% of the time it's exactly the same companies we work for at Sintec, than those the big companies work for.
Kontras
The salary is not competitive as many other regional or smaller firms in certain positions and people tend to leave for better opportunities. Upper management is not aligned with what the middle management / analyst. Career path could be uncertain sometimes. There has to be a more strict up or out policy.
