The casual dress code maybe? Not many pros anymore it's a shame this used to be a good company but got too big with little to no clear direction

Management has no clue about anything that goes on there. They couldn't even do the job they demand we do on a daily basis. This place is going downhill fast. Upper management has no clue what anyone does on a daily basis. HR is a joke. They try to appease adults with Kona Ice but don't have a clear incentive plan? Used to be a decent place to work but upper management is only now concerned with the bottom line.
