Wasn’t a follow up interview if success, which I think is beneficial for the candidate to get a feel of who they will be working with and go to the office in person. Said I would hear back at the end of the week Recieved an email saying I was unsuccessful but when i tried to chase up feedback, in which I followed up twice I was just ignored, think this is extremely unprofessional
