It's refreshing to have senior management working alongside designers and junior freelancers when deadlines loom, always with words of encouragement and a will to teach staff new skills. In a post-covid-lockdown world, SingleFrame is a truly global company with staff in multiple time-zones around the world, and the mix of cultures and influences helps spark creativity and unique solutions for every client. With a focus on retaining and developing talent, the company has a 'family first' policy, and try to avoid business hours spilling over. But, if it does, they do not hesitate to pay for overtime. As a senior member of staff, my time at SingleFrame has been a breath of fresh air. My colleagues are the bomb and the big cheese's are engaged and energised, giving me the freedom and support to lead to the best of my ability – I'm very happy and look forward to a long and fruitful future with the company.

All young companies have teething issues, so it can be frustrating as policies and workflows are introduced, especially with the recent rapid expansion of staff. But, it is good to know that these issues are being tackled and, hopefully, will be resolved quickly.

This an always growing company in a fast paced and highly competitive environment. We get to push the limits of creativity and achieve things you didn’t know were possible. Coworkers and teammates are always looking after each other which I find welcoming and supporting. I have personally noticed how the company is constantly learning too and adapting to create better workflows and allowing us to have a better work/life balance. Great feelings of achievement. As team and as an individual, we always enjoy and like to show what we have done with pride.

In general it is what happens in a “young” company growing fast, a lot of processes have still to settle while we keep expanding. For many people this mind of situations may look overwhelming at first glance, but there are actions taken to address this, so it’s about time to sort it out.
