Constant micromanagement by people who are too incompetent to have their jobs. Told to do commit wage theft by removing hours from peoples timecards. Lie to customers. You can't fire people and can only claim they abandoned their job since staples doesn't want to pay unemployment. Actively told to lie about covid and employees are forced to come in sick or not. So many ethics problems.
