Not only do I get to work with a team of highly talented and top performing individuals on a daily basis, but am encouraged to innovate and create powerful learning tools that keep this company at the forefront of the simulation education industry. I can honestly say, that I love working for Simucase because it’s a job that allows me to contribute meaningfully to my profession and grow professionally in my own career ambitions.

I've often heard the phrase ' The more you love your job, the harder you'll work'. That mantra certainly applies to Simucase and our entire team. We pride ourselves on being a lean organization and have worked hard to ensure its continued growth and success. While at times, this has resulted in working longer hours or an occasional weekend, the company has always made sure that everyone has a healthy work/life balance via wellness program incentives, allowing flex hours to make up working late, etc. Overall, working for a lean organization has enabled me to take on many different roles within the company working on a variety of projects and initiatives that have been rewarding and expanded my areas of expertise.
