Almost nothing of the Simplus culture and work philosophy remain. No raises, hiring freeze, 401k match killed, reduced PTO, reversal of company's transparency pledge has led to constant uncertainty, frequent layoffs and high attrition, no pipeline because sales doesn't have autonomy to pursue prospects that aren't okayed or provided by Infosys, no efforts to keep legacy clients, utilization is chief metric of whether someone's valuable enough to keep and skillset/experience isn't considered which means there won't be anyone to staff new projects if they ever get signed
