Pros
Simplus is very flexible (unlimited PTO, etc), and values trust. You are given the creative ability to truly get stuff done. Lots of growth opportunities. The companies values of Accountability, Critical Thinking, and being Underdogs is memorable and pushes the entire organization to maintain a scrappy mentality through the current time of extreme growth.
