Entrepreneurial fire, passion for excellence, and the smarts and pragmatism to execute.

As with any growing organization, direction can change on a dime and sometimes processes are unclear. I don't see this as a con, really, as I thrive on change and challenge. Simplus relies on its people to help steer direction, define and refine best practices, as we navigate our way to be the best in the world. It's not for everyone.
