Multiple internal leaders/stake-holders often results in shifting expectation and requirements for projects. Company is still settling into a status quo after recent rapid expansion. Experience with proprietary system not as transferrable to future prospects. Team structure relatively "Flat" with limited potential for advancing to new roles.
