Pros

My team has a supportive and collaborative culture. The team is open to sharing knowledge, helping each other, and improving the product together.

Kontras

Some processes can still be improved, especially around clearer documentation, requirement confirmation, and communication between teams. Some employee benefits have been reduced compared to before, such as pantry items and other company benefits. It would be better if these benefits can be improved again in the future.

Pros

Great office environment and location. Good pay. Mostly good people depends who you have to work with.

Sincerely cannot recommend anyone to join unless you are here for the money, Here are some cons I've seen for the period of time I worked there: - Willingness to work OT is seen as positive trait. Especially true for lead positions as you may receive work calls during midnight. As a normal developer staff, you'll be squeezed dry. - Politics. There are certain people who will be favorited and sided by management. Their bad conducts will not be ignored. - Poor project planning. In certain projects, the requirements change on a whim. Perhaps this is the intended project planning style. - Management managing sticking nose where it doesn't long. Note to management: some personal businesses are better be left alone as long as your staff performs his/her duty well. - Questionable policies. Company policies were made in such a way that it always favor the management. For example WFH and OT to leave conversion policy.

The office environment is comfortable and includes a range of quality-of-life perks that make day-to-day work more pleasant. Colleagues are friendly and helpful, with minimal internal politics—collaboration across teams is generally smooth and respectful. Good adherence to agile methodology, providing structure and clarity on daily sprint goals and expectations. I was given opportunities to grow in my preferred career direction, including exposure to automation tools and leadership tasks—great for those seeking self-improvement and skill expansion. Work-life balance is achievable, although it requires you to be proactive in communicating capacity and workload concerns.

Kontras

The organizational structure is too flat. I reported directly to a department head, which limited opportunities for regular feedback and day-to-day guidance. Without a mid-level manager or team lead, it was challenging for leadership to have a clear understanding of individual efforts and challenges. Performance evaluations, while structured, often relied heavily on the final judgment of the manager, which introduced a level of subjectivity. Company culture follows traditional Chinese management practices, which may not suit those accustomed to more collaborative or Western-style corporate environments.
