The hiring process was chaotic, unprofessional, and handled with a complete lack of respect for the candidate’s time. I went through four interview stages for a team lead role, yet basic coordination was missing throughout the entire process. HR was consistently unavailable, did not answer calls, and repeatedly promised updates “the same day or the next day” that arrived only several days later. For one of the interviews, after already arriving at the company’s offices, I waited around 40 minutes in the lobby for HR with no explanation and no proactive communication. Only after the receptionist intervened was someone contacted. After being explicitly told that I had completed all interview stages successfully and that the process was moving forward, the company suddenly withdrew due to internal organizational changes. This came only after I had already acted based on the clear impression that the process was completed. Overall, the experience felt misleading, poorly managed, and deeply disappointing. The level of professionalism throughout the process was far below what is expected from a company of this size.
