Pros
The current Service Department Manager is easy to work with. There is a small workout room for free use by employees. There is a "Social Committee" that provides fun activities for employees every few months (BBQs, Bowling, Wine Pool, etc) Overtime work is sometimes available, but optional. Promotions/Raises are possible if you put the effort in. The hours and location are decent. People who create drama seem to be weeded out quite quickly. Senior management is amiable, if somewhat detached.
Kontras
It feels like a revolving door company. There are always new employees in new positions. Most employees do not stay for longer than 2 years. No optical coverage included in benefits. The salary seems average at best. It feels like there are many things going on behind closed doors that are not openly shared with employees. The 2015 oil crisis is not helping the company's outlook. Many employees have been laid off this year.
