Pros
I have been here for almost a year and feel secure in answering these questions as honestly as possible. I do believe in the company, product and mission and I work hard to support it. People - I like everyone I work with and enjoy them Team - I trust that my team has my back and vice-versa Drama - None! Product - I believe in the product and mission Productivity - Never bored and there's room to grow, if there's time :) Job Satisfaction - I typically see results of my efforts pretty quickly Learning - Constantly learning High Energy - One Team, One fight - we're all moving quickly and efficiently towards the collective Mission and company Goal which is inspiring.

Productivity - sometimes my todo list is a little too long lol! (which I kind of like but would like to have more time to be more thorough in my tasks) Learning - there's a lot of drinking from the firehose lol (for some that's a pro and others, a con so I figure I'll put it here as I don't really have any "cons") Work\home balance - It's difficult sometimes to secure the work home balance when with any startup. The way we handle this is by communicating with our team and management to ensure that we can do the things that we need to do for our families and for work - we backfill as needed to take the burden from our team mate as needed.
