Instead of staying stagnant the past two years have been filled with change that has resulted in 40% YOY new business growth all while the organization continues to grow as well. The executive team takes calculated risks and trusts department leaders to do the same. Any position at Silverpop is what you make of it, opportunity lies behind every corner, you just have to be willing to work for it to succeed. You won’t be handed success here, but for those that are willing to work hard for it, this will be the best place you’ll ever work. Silverpop has great benefits, a ton of vacation days and is flexible when it comes to daily schedules. A day in the life of a Silverpop employee is filled with a lot of hard work, smart conversations, laughs, jokes and free snacks along the way. This is my third Atlanta tech company and by far the best I've ever worked.
