Pros
Decent starting pay. Site work is generally easy. Clients are very kind and easy to work with. Some good co-workers and supervisors in the company. Depending on the area, good hours with several days off in a row.
Kontras
Will promote from outside of the company/ area. No pay raises since you and you supervisors are close in pay already. Middle/upper management does nothing. Middle/upper management want no complaints and won't handle them. Middle/upper management don't care what you need. HR only serves as a stopping point for problems and won't be there to have your back. Having enthusiasm and good work ethic are not qualities in the eyes of middle/upper management. Wanting to be engaged in the company, do more, help build, i am told are not your responsibility.
