Lots of Autonomy and ability to pursue individual projects.

-Poor leadership -poor strategy direction - little to no culture massive exodus of quality employees because leadership did not care about their employee's opinions, or cared about the growth of the company. -Leadership set unattainable goals, with no input from employees. -Almost no growth potential, but tons of extra work.
