First of all, I would like to tell all people reading this, All the reviews that have 4 or 5 stars and are on the same date or the next are fake. They make employees sit next to them and write reviews on Glasssdoor. * No defined process. * No proper hierarchy. Some old employees think they are the highest authorities on decisions and finally CEO scolds employees for everything. * Highly disappointing CEO who doesn't know how to behave with employees. Doesn't respect employees and doesn't like anything they say. * Company it self doesn't respect employees. * Product management is also going in wrong direction. Product managers tend to follow CEO and decisions change anytime and you will be blamed for everything suddenly. * Work life balance is very bad. They tel you Saturday and Sunday are holidays but you never get even Sundays properly. * Growth is also not great. After years of working, they do not give proper hike or anything unless you are in the eyes and can manipulate people. * Managers also should learn to understand their subjects strengths and make them aware of the goals and outcomes. Generally managers tend to take credit for your work. This may be common in most companies but it's in another level here. So if you are able to handle such politics, you are going to excel here. * Politics are pretty bad and ill mannered. * CEO is knowledged. But over confidence and arrogance is very bad. If you are in product team, you can work closely with CEO and learn from him. But don't expect him to respect you or your opinion.
