Favoritism is quite evident, and employees who don’t engage in this are often sidelined, excessively monitored, or unfairly documented. There is little to no work-life balance. Employees are expected to work beyond standard hours, including weekends, without any additional compensation. Logging out on time is often criticized, and there is an unspoken expectation to be available almost 24/7. Workload distribution is also a major concern. Individuals are frequently underpaid relative to the amount of work expected, with one person often handling responsibilities that should be managed by multiple team members. Overall, the environment can feel unsustainable and discouraging, especially for those who value fair recognition and a healthy balance between work and personal life.
