What I personally like the most about Signity Solutions is the supportive environment here. In my 2 years as a QA Engineer, I never felt like I was handling things alone. Whenever I faced challenges or had doubts, seniors and teammates were always ready to help and guide patiently. Working on projects like Cuatrohub helped me gain good exposure and improve my confidence in testing and project handling. Along with work, the company also focuses a lot on employee learning and growth. During this journey, I also completed certifications like ISTQB CTFL 4.0, which really helped strengthen my QA knowledge and confidence. Another thing I appreciate is the positive and friendly culture. Team celebrations, bonding activities, and the respect employees receive here make the workplace feel comfortable and motivating. As a woman employee, I’ve always felt safe and valued, which honestly matters a lot. Overall, it has been one of the best workplaces and learning experiences for me so far.
