Pros
I've been with the company for a while now, and I can honestly say that I've had a really positive experience overall. The culture and people here are great - it feels collaborative and supportive in the office, and we always celebrate each other's wins. It feels like the company genuinely cares about your success. Whenever I've needed additional support, HR, L&D, and my manager have always been there to help. It’s not like the typical boiler room recruitment place where you feel like a number. There's a real opportunity to run your own desk and do well, and we have a good external brand to help with this. Definitely a great place to grow your career.
The benefits are also solid, especially the earnings potential from commission, incentive trips, and the healthcare and dental insurance with discounted gym membership. I like that you can earn more holiday through the extra day given for each work anniversary, from winning sales incentives, and from the wellness days off given when the company achieves a goal.
It’s also refreshing to see that diversity and inclusion is an actual priority here—not just a trend like it is for many of the other places I've worked for.
Kontras
No real cons that I can think of.
The tech market conditions in 2023 and 2024 have been tough, but that’s just the reality across the industry right now and there's nothing the company can do to help this. I do feel like some of the negative reviews likely come from people who struggled to adapt in this market and bring on their own clients. If you're driven and have what it takes, the company gives you all you need to succeed.
