Signify was a very good company to work for

The leadership and management are poor and it is bringing the company to bankrupt. So if you are ambitious don't even apply. Recent layoff made talented people redundant. Efforts in Diversity Equity and Inclusion are minimal because mindset is lacking

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
