In each department you will find a couple of intelligent, knowledgeable hard working colleagues with a team spirit.

Poor senior management with no vision, keeping the company stuck in a cost reduction strategy, rather than investing into market innovation. This ultimately results in a company with an ever shrinking headcount. Bully senior management with no ability to lead/direct/guide; this inability is covered up by fear as management style. This ultimately leads to energy spent on internal competition, rather on the only competition that matters, competitors. Internal politics are more valued than knowledge, expertise, and customer centricity, This results in internal politicians climbing the ladder and valuable members to quit. HR facilitates the politics-driven internal company culture and supports the artificially fed transformation process, by letting internal politicians reverse engineer fake reasons for the redundancy of their most performing colleagues/staff. The working professionals at Signify waste their time & energy and their knowledge & expertise, since senior management systematically turn down any intelligent initiative... because of their narrow short-term 'thinking'. The vibe is so bad, that offices are empty by 16:45, and rarely populated on Fridays.

Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
