A lot of unprofessional relics (employees, culture and processes) from the company's early days, that affect your worklife: favouritism, unclarity and laziness. Poor management, have no clear strategy and this is how your tasks will look like. They will pretend they brought you for your knowledge but eventually want you to do what they say, undefined the same old way, by the same old unprofessionals. You'll get a lot of "I'm not the professional here but i'd do X" meaning- I'm you boss so do as I say, needless to say the outcome is appropriate.
