Like any job there can periods of high stress and pressure. But it does feel like management is trying in earnest to steer the ship in a way that works out best for employees.

They have lost all the legacy knowledge and said with no room for interpretation that they absolutely do not value legacy knowledge or experience. Constant reorganizing and line managers that have no idea how to do even the basic daily ops task means you are left to figure it out. Reorganization without notice multiple times have left huge wholes in daily deliverables with no coverage and project managers were expected to just pick up this work after being told for over a year that we should not do any project specialist level work. They also regularly withhold information from their clients and place all the blame on their ops teams. Truly if this company doesnt go public soon or someone else doesnt take over and right this its a sinking ship.
