Very positive team with no negativity and plenty of patience. Lots of support from coworkers any time you ask. Minimal micromanagement, lots of freedom and independence. The CEO has a vision and middle management is doing its best to execute. Lots of transparency with finances and goals. Lots of room to move around the organizational structure. Not a lot of staff turnover, people stay here for years for a reason. Management is definitely interested in modern technology. Annual bonuses are based on organization performance.

Senior management will often have conflicting direction as they try to execute on the CEO's direction. Not a lot of room for salary growth. The tech stack is outdated like a big ship, it can take a while to change direction. The old stack can make it difficult tough to onboard. The 1-2 senior devs often have their plates full making it tough for them to knowledge-share despite their willingness and interest.
