Even though it rarely happens, some projects taken on are biting more than can be chewed at first. Then again, Sign Pro always rises to that occasion and even more capable for it.

Much better facility than other sign shops in CT. air conditioning is huge. Workers are fun people to be around. If you're in the shop management is pretty hands-off. Reasonable amount of overtime. Get to work on cool projects.

Lots of drama, don't talk much and be guarded around everybody. You won't get any training to do your job and you probably won't advance anywhere. Minimal raises, little PTO, poor benefits. Good for younger people, not a career. Don't work road crew.
