The company has done great things for the Deaf community and providing clear communication with people who don’t know ASL. Small office environment with people of all different backgrounds is a plus. Not knowing any signs then learning some signs here and there from the Deaf employees was fun and interesting. Definitely gave me a different perspective on how to interact with Deaf people.

Definitely a challenge place to work. Wearing multiple hats is fine but sometimes felt like I was being pulled in many different directions. That was difficult to deal with. Lots of office politics that influenced the CEO.

Well you will get tons of experience...but you will be doing jobs far above your pay scale and will not get compensated for it. Will help you find future employment.

All of my Cons were mostly directed to the CEO which after reading guidelines on here I know will get deleted. So I will just say this: Horrible work environment
